As with many of my good friends, Lourdes touched base with me recently, just to say hi and see how I've been doing. In our conversation, she asked if I had heard her single release, "Crossroads." While the song has been out for over a year, just recently was the first time I'd heard it. The song was like a gift to me, in that it is awe-inspiring. I felt touched by it. Knowing Lourdes, I shouldn't have been surprised...for her, music is an expression of her heart that comes deep within her soul and her spirit.
